Eduardo della Maggiora is the Founder and CEO of Betterfly, a leading technology company in the fintech and insurtech space. He is an Endeavor Entrepreneur, YPO member and Board Member of Teletón, a Chilean nonprofit organization that has raised over USD $1 billion to support children with developmental disabilities and their families.

Upon graduation as an industrial engineer in 2004, he began his career working at J.P. Morgan. He then founded Tyndall Group and Preserve in Community, and was the former CEO of the Santiago 2023 Pan American Games, the second-largest international sport event in the world after the Olympic Games.

In 2022 he was awarded as "Entrepreneur of the Year" by Ernst & Young; in 2022 and 2021 he was recognized among the 500 most influential people in Latin America by Bloomberg; in 2021 he was awarded “Social Entrepreneur of the Year” by PwC; and in 2020 he was named “Entrepreneur of the Year” by UDD.
