Karene joined QED Investors in January 2020 and is the director of executive administration and events.

Karene has over 19 years of experience in executive support in legal and financial services. Prior to QED, she held roles at Baker & Hostetler LLP where she served as a practice group coordinator for the estate planning group, Capital One where she supported the head of consumer credit risk, and Hausfeld where she served as Executive Assistant to the firm’s chairman.
Outside of QED, Karene enjoys spending time with her rambunctious pup, Scooby Juneteenth Brown. She is a graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park.
