Kaustav Das is the founder and CEO of Efficient Capital Labs (ECL). Prior to founding this business, Kaustav spent 20+ years in the industry as Chief Risk Officer at multiple organisations including industry leaders in both commercial (Kabbage Inc.) as well as consumer (Petal) sectors.

Kaustav started his career at American Express, where he spent 15 years, and worked as Chief Credit Officer, Non Card Commercial Lending.

He is passionate about launching innovative, disruptive products in the market to empower the customer. At ECL, he is driven by the same passion to innovate for businesses and solve two of their biggest challenges: access to capital and cost of capital.
