A stoic creative technologist obsessed with efficiency, Mark Rojas has a knack for following curiosity through to opportunity. His first foray into real estate began with summer jobs producing floor plans and doing open houses in NYC for the Corcoran Group.

A quick learner, by college Mark had already sold his first app to a property manager at USC for leasing student housing. Soon after, he co-founded a mobile app design studio (Sparkwave) and built a whopping 80 MVPs (including many automation-focused products like Chorus.ai) before moving on to lead product and design at Shopular (backed by Sequoia).

With Proper, Mark has returned to his real estate roots and married it with his passion for efficiency, building software, and automation.
