Michael is currently a Senior Adviser with LF Partners, focused on payments and credit. He has over two decades of experience in the financial services industry. He possesses extensive expertise in innovative lending solutions, capital structure management, and operational leadership.
He has held leadership roles at large financial institutions and high-growth fintech startups. As the Chief Credit Officer and Head of Operations at FastPay, he scaled the business through to its eventual exits to two publicly listed companies. Following these exits, he served as VP of Credit and Financing at AvidXchange, where he spearheaded the launch of a next-generation invoice factoring solution to significantly expand the company's total addressable market.
He brings deep credit card experience from his tenure at Capital One, where he defined business strategy and oversaw product development, marketing, credit risk, and portfolio performance for the co-brand portfolio.
