Princeton Graham is an Operating Partner and Executive in Residence at LF Partners and CEO of AegisOS. At LF Partners, Princeton advises fintech companies, banks, and technology firms on designing, building, launching, and scaling innovative financial products. He works across product strategy and development, strategic partnerships, sales enablement, and the design and operationalization of risk and compliance programs. He also supports clients in navigating bank partnerships and complex diligence processes. His work sits at the intersection of innovation and regulation, helping clients launch responsibly while positioning for long-term growth and success.

At AegisOS, Princeton is building the enterprise risk and compliance operating shield for the financial services sector.

Prior to LF Partners, Princeton was a Managing Principal at FS Vector, where he co-led the firm’s Fintech Product Launch vertical. In this role, he partnered with more than 100 banks, fintechs, and financial services companies to launch new products, guiding clients from initial concept through commercialization in an increasingly competitive and regulated environment. Earlier in his career, Princeton advised fintech companies at Treliant on risk, compliance, and operational matters, and held roles at QED Investors and Ffestiniog Company.
